In line with the Values preached and practiced by our Spiritual Role Model and Strengthener,, Maulana Alhaji Shaykh Ibrahim Niass RTA, which basically involves the transformation of every human being not withstanding racial or religious origin,  from being a bad- natured being into a virtuous, pious personality,vwe at Ahlu-l-Faydah Foundation undertakes, as our main project, this Humanization Project.

By this we hope to grow a large number of membership comprising of the Cream or Elites on the Divine Pathway of Allah, to rise up and faithfully carry out their roles of being People of Dignity and Responsibility, ready to make the Universe a better place and make Peace and Prosperity the rights of every human being born…

1. Education: Islam, Sufism and Conventional

At Ahlu-l-Faydah the matter of Education in all its ramifications plays a pivotal role. It is a fundamental tool essential for the development of the complete human personality. The issue of having men of the highest ethical virtues is a necessity in this Sublime Space called Universe if the purpose of the fulfillment of Allah’s Vicegerency by man is to be truly actualized. In all of these forms of education, the primary but most important aspect is to acquire the Islamic Education. This knowledge is very essential to such an extent that the Qur’an affirms the seach for continuous search: :And say: My Lord! Increase me in knowledge”l The Holy Prophet pbuh also corroborated this when he informs: Seek knowledge even if in [far away] China, and: To seek knowledge is compulsory on every Muslim Male and Female. The search for knowledge is from the cradle to the grave, so says the Noble Prophet. Hence the knowledge of Islam as a religion and a way of life which affects all aspects of life of mankind on earth, must be given priority. Knowledge is the Pillar of our Religion of Islam.
ISLAM
The Foundation undertakes the impartation of the Islamic Knowledge in a structured manner. This shall be by way of enrolment into its Islamic Academy where courses are run on Semester basis ranging from a minimum of two, to a maximum of six Semesters, depending on the particular need of the student and the depth of knowledge required. Students consist of both youths and adults. The import of the knowledge gained equips the learner with all that is minimally required in the proper practice of the Deen. It helps built in man high moral character because of its glowing lessons as culled from the Glorious Books of Instructions – the Qur’an, exemplified by the Hadith and Sunnah of the Sent Prophet, pbuh.
SUFISM
At Ahlu-l-Faydah the Subject of Sufism finds a pride of place. This is because it is the interior aspects of the Deen al Islam which strengthen its application in the hearts of Muslims. This is because it is embedded in every aspects of the Islamic Code as the foundation or template upon which the Requirements of the Ordinance is established. Hence It is not separate from it rather it’s an extension of comprehension of the knowledge of the Deen. It deals mainly with the inward aspects of every matter ranging from the simple acts of living to the complex ones. It represents the Inner Core of Knowledge which guides the mind and heart to a better understanding of its role and purpose on earth in relation to God, his Creator. Hence Sufism stands as the Core or the Aqeeqah while the Shariah or the Ordinance of Allah stands as the Outer Layer of the Body of the Religion’
Our Foundation will teach a blend of both the Outer and the Inner aspects of the Religion and thus assist in the formation of the Insanul Kaamil – The Complete Human Being who is the only true representative of Allah and the Best One who follows after the Footsteps of the Prophet in the area of Obedience to him, in emulation of Virtuous Character and in imbibing of High Moral Conduct.
Pertinent amongst the areas of teaching are the Life History of the People of Emulation, their Strivings to Allah’s Path, their Contributions to the Sciences of Knowing the Self – its machinations and its sublimity, its trappings and its angelic properties, such that man is able to choose the right course of action that will liberate him from the shackles of the Ego, from being screened from The Reality and equipped with the wherewithal to live a life of continuous unveiling from Ignorance, spiritual Bondage, from dependence on ephemeral beings rather than on the Eternal One. The Learner will be exposed to memorization of poems of love composed in the obeisance to, an extolling of virtue of the Best of Creation, Sayyidina Muhammad pbuh by those who swan in his love and are drowned in the ocean of his longing. Of particular mention are the anthologies and poems of the Sahibu-l-Faydah, Shaykh Alhaji Ibrahim Niass, RTA, whose messages of love, respect and service to the Divine Presence of the Master of Existence, forms the major theme throughout his numerous books.
In the same manner, the Institute tasked with this aspect will run on Semester basis.
Conventional Education
It is part of the plans of the Foundation to prepare a curriculum that will be Nationally adopted for the Nursery, Primary and Secondary Schools being proposed for establishment by the Foundation throughout Nigeria by its members spread geographically. This is hoped to be achieved through partnership and Collaboration with all categories of Educationists who themselves have imbibed the ethical consciousness of the Faydah in their way of life. As Partners with the Foundation, they shall be tasked with the mandate of giving effect to the Foundation’s Standard Educational Pathfinder, designed to inculcate from infancy to youth age, moral virtues of the Foundation such as Honesty, Integrity, Piety, Patience, Compassion, Commitment, Brotherhood, Accommodation and Love.
HIP-PICCBAL.
This will breed and grow these praiseworthy traits in the Children of Faydah and thus make them carry on the Legacy of Pristine Islam championed by the Shaykhs of our Path and adopted by its People, the People of Faydah.
The Children of FAYDAH are our future and the only enduring Legacy we all can leave behind to carry on our work and continue to trek and illumine our Footpaths. Our Children, our Future

2. Health Care & Support
At Ahlu-l-Faydah Foundation, we appreciate the importance of sound health and well-being.
From every angle of perception, we know that Health is Wealth. The religion of Islam has as its utmost goal the development of a sound body in a sound, sane mind. Hence the importance of protection of the body against sickness and the need for timely cure or corrective actions to return the body to wellness cannot be over emphasized.
We have a team if Medical Experts and Health Care Givers of proven professional certifications and a complete complement of Specialists: Surgeons- Plastic, ENT, O&G etc, General Practice Doctors, Public Health Doctors, Nurses, Midwives and Physiotherapist who are available to provide Services both Online and at our Proposed Hospital Locations once we have sufficient funds to put up the Needed Healthcare Infrastructure and locational facilities.
For now, we welcome collaborative partnership for the grant or negotiation of physical buildings structures that can be donated or made usable via low-rate, concessions as funding considerations. This becomes more Paramount as the entire origrambis Service-Oriented to all needy patients irrespective of demographic, religious or other considerations. However, for our members and their relations, the Foundation has a Membership Card which facilitates further concessions below normal costs to all, and the entire programme is more Service and not profits oriented. The Foundation categorizes this as part of its CSR - Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives.

3. Food Sustainability for All
Food Sustainability is one of the Key Focus Area of our Esteemed Role Model, Shaykh Ibrahim Niass RTA. He practised and advocated the work of Farming as the only security against hunger and malnutrition. It is the only real armour against Poverty and a Gateway to Economic Prosperity of the People.
He encouraged engagement in all of its chain activities and its off-shoots and diversified areas of poultry, fishing, animal husbandry as well as it's logistics involving plans and programme to ensure that food reaches all nooks and crannies of a township.
As followers of his ideals, the above is our mission. We want to focus on the empowerment of our members by involving them in any of the following activities as part of our chain of Agricultural Prosperity Initiatives such that every member becomes either, or:
1.A Direct Farmer
2.A Merchant or Buyer of Food or Cash Crops
3.A Merchant or Seller of Food or Cash Crop
4.A Consumer of Food Crops, Agro-allied Processed Food or other Food-Derivatives.
5. A Processing Expert to convert Farm Produce to Processed and Well-Packaged Ones in suitable sizes and specifications.
6. A logistics provider to move food trucks from point of Bulk Buying to Points of Bulk-Selling.
7. Any other activities derivable from Farming.
The Foundation hopes to achieve quantum leap and success in this area through its Agricultural Cooperatives Scheme whereby a Ten-Member Team of Buyer-Seller Merger is Formed from the General Assembly Membership taking the advantage of inter-zonal crossing which brings both the buying and the selling segments together as brothers unto one another. They partner together, share roles and responsibilities and generate regular earnings which empowers them financially. Within the General Assemblage, all consumer commodities are made availabile at lowest rates under the Cooperative Society for the benefits of all members.
As a New Foundation, it has a responsibility to provide a minor percentage of total to each pocket or team, and for this, is garnering Financial Support for an Agricultural Support Fund Budget of a minimum of N100m from which at least 200 Teams can be supported with at least N500,000 p'er team to launch them into Economic Wellness. After a monitored period of between 3 to 6 months when business stability has been fully assured, the Support Fund will be partly or wholly pulled out for use by other teams.

4. Skill Development & Employment Generation

Ahlu-l-Faydah Foundation believes in helping every single member identify his latent potentials. It then helps to bring this to the fore through the exposure of every member to available training dynamics and ootions which helps to ignite this inherent gift, develop it and make it a veritable tool for self expression and a basis of creating an avenue for financial freedom and economic empowerment.
Here at Ahlu-l-Faydah we have the following programs to help develop the skills of our teeming membership.
Programs meant to run on a minimum Single Semester of Six months to a Maximum of Six Semesters of Three years depending on
the particular area of skills to be acquired or vocation to be learnt.
These are,,:

C. Plumbing, Borehole & Water Management
D.. Furniture-Making and Woodworks
D.ICT (Computer), Graphics Design,etc
E. Printing & Photography Technology
F. Weaving n Textiles Technology
G. Mechanical , Electronics & Electricals Training
H. Islamic Calligraphy, Arts & Craft.

In addition, courses under education includes those in the areas of:

A. Islamic Religious Studies
B. Courses on Sufi Studies or The Deeper Spiritual Life
C Deewan Memorisation
D.Courses on Dahwah Methodology
E.Arabic Language Studies
F.Qur'an Tahfiz Program.
As Part of Efforts aimed at Employment Generation, the Foundation hopes to absorb the Graduates into any of its own Institutions . It will also create a window on its Website to help them search for job offers and fix them up.

4. Social Responsibility
The Entire Thrust of the Ahlu-l-Faydah Foundation for Peace and Prosperity is geared towards providing all manner of support - emotional, psychological, spiritual, economic and moral to the one in need of such. This however tsjesva myriad of forms depending on the particular need of members. This is why we have Social Institutions and Competent Professional Care-Givers to help in giving support to each according to needs.
Our Foundation plans to establish the following Social Institutions:
1.Cemeteries
Knowing and consciously bringing to the fore the reality of our return to Allah, sooner or later and, deeming it expedient to arrange a place of eternal rest for ourselves, we at Ahlu-l-Faydah Foundation have resolved to establish a final resting place for ourselves in the midst of our Ahlu-l--Faydah men and women of Allah.

To this end, we hereby propose, and have begun moves to establish cemeteries in at least 2 locations per state all over Nigeria making a total of 72 Cemeteries as a legacy for ALL MUSLIMS whose return to Allah and whose final resting place is destined to be within the Nigerian Geographical Soil.
In furtherrance to this Divine Mission, we hereby invite our beloved and other Muslims to collaborate with us to obtain lands of 1 hectare or 15 plots per location and to identify two locations per State which can be considered for such and which falls within the consent of each state.government. These Cemeteries are planned to be similar in all locations- prototype and with other standard or essential facilities that complement this, such as a small Masjid with water facilities, a shop where burial apparels and incenses/perfume are stocked for sale along with a Corpse Laying / Washing Room with Bedding Facilities.' It is planned to have a cemetery administrative office well staffed. Other considerations are proper lay-out, walk ways, motor car parking lots etc.
We shall appreciate all gestures in cash or in kind or even parcels of usable land.
2 .*Archives*
We at AHLU-L-FAYDAH are passionate about our Spiritual Heritage. We cherish important and valuable spiritual-based, worship-based items, of antiquities left behind by renowned Men of Allah such as articles, prayer parchments,, kanishah, books of literature , hand-written messages, letter, prayers etc left behind which we hope to preserve for future generations to see, appreciate and be motivated to strive in Allah's Cause.
Most importantly we hope to have a dedicated section for such items or articles originated by Shaykh Alhaji Ibrahim Niass RTA.
3. LIBRARY
We intend to provide library services in each of our Proposed Village Settings and stock therein all our Islamic Reference Books: Tafsiirs of different Ulamas and Shaykhs,: Al-Fawz wa n Najah,Al-Ibriss Ad-Dabbag, Kitab ibn Durayd, Jawahir al Mahani,, The Meaning of Man, Yaaqutatil Faridah, Books of Ahadith in volumes: Al-Bukhari, Muslim, Trimidhi, Ibn Majah, an-Nasai etc. Also books of Shaykh Ibrahim Niass RTA etc

4. Orphanages to care for the nourishment, education, upbringing and general well-being of the Orphans. This is planned to be located in the Proposed Village of Baye Niass, RTA in at least 8 locations.

5. Guidance and Counseling Centres in at least 8 locations throughout Nigeria, for a start. We observe innumerable incidences of matrimonial discord between couples who require intervention of experienced pious elders to guide them and save their homes from breakages. Some Muslim women face emotional trauma and have nowhere to go.Some men who have lost their jobs get frustrated to a point of near-insanity due to lack of peace at home from unsympathetic wives. Some youth gets entrapped in some peer pressure bad habits which leaves them vulnerable to other vices. All of these kind of cases abounds and curtailment is possible only through early and proactive counseling. This is what we hope to achieve as part of our CSR roles.
